init. is a Toronto-based media company built for one purpose: turning video content into a measurable lead engine for luxury real estate agents across the GTA. Young, energetic, and a little disruptive — because the industry needed someone to say the quiet part out loud.

Our story

Why we started init.

The belief that started it

We watched too many talented realtors post beautiful content that went absolutely nowhere.

Gorgeous walkthroughs. Polished reels. Drone shots that looked like a magazine spread. And still — no calls, no DMs, no leads. The content looked like marketing. It just didn't work like marketing.

That gap is where init. was born — out of a simple, slightly disruptive idea: every single piece of content should be built backwards from the lead it's supposed to generate. Not the other way around.

Our core belief

Most realtors post content that looks good and converts nothing. init. exists to fix that — strategy first, camera second, always.

The international & overseas buyer
